Once Upon a Time season 6 episode 15 spoilers: How Jasmine, Ariel met

Going into Once Upon a Time season 6 episode 15, it’s pretty darn clear that Captain Hook is in some serious jeopardy. He’s going 20,000 leagues under the sea presumably aboard Captain Nemo’s ship, which is a part of a stunt pulled by Gideon in order to distract Emma and make her all the more vulnerable. Remember, this is a guy still seemingly of the mind that in order to become a Savior, you have to kill a Savior. It’s certainly an odd bit of thinking, but we don’t know quite what it was like growing up with the Black Fairy.

Beyond the promo for this episode “A Wondrous Place” (which you can see over here), we’ve also got for you below now the official synopsis — which teases not only the return of Jasmine and Ariel, but also how the two are going to end up meeting back in Agrabah:

“When Hook finds himself trapped in another realm along with the Nautilus and her crew, he races to return to Emma before Gideon can execute the rest of his plan. In Storybrooke, Regina and Snow take Emma out to get her mind off Hook’s disappearance. And in a flashback to Agrabah, Jasmine befriends Ariel, and together they set out to locate Prince Eric as the threat from Jafar intensifies.”

Getting JoAnna Garcia Swisher back on the show is something that we certainly endorse, even though it’s also something that that we don’t get a chance to see very often. In general, the producers are doing a good job at present staging some of their reprisals. Yesterday, we saw a return from Rose McIver as Tinkerbell, and we’ve just went through an arc with Sean Maguire as Robin of Loxley. Who knows? Maybe we can get another notable guest or two before the finale? It’s good to get as many of these returning faces in there as possible, given the fact that Once Upon a Time is a show with a future still in a certain degree of jeopardy. We don’t know if it’s coming back for a season 7, even if we’d like for it to be so.
