‘Scorpion’ season 3, episode 12 video: To kill Cabe is to save Cabe

Cabe -We’ve been without a new episode of “Scorpion” for the past week, but we come bearing good news today: We have the first preview for what will be coming up on the show next week!

While the video may not be the highest quality possible (it’s the only one currently posted on YouTube), you still get a good sense as to the story that is ahead for “Ice Ca-Cabes,” the next new episode, and one that could prove to be incredibly dangerous for Robert Patrick’s character. The best summation of this story is simple: After he is badly injured, the remainder of Team Scorpion realizes that suspended animation may be the only way to keep him alive in the long term. Basically, they have to kill him in order to ensure that he lives down the road.

Ultimately, what we’re trying to say here is that there are approximately a million different things that can go wrong in this sort of situation. For example, you could have something that causes the team to not get Cabe to where he needs to in time, or they could enact suspended animation in a way that just straight-up kills him before there is any chance of him coming back.

From a television standpoint, we have a feeling that everything that we end up seeing over the course of the next episode will be exciting to say the least. When it comes to Patrick, we have a feeling that it’s going to be wonderfully challenging material for him and it’ll be interesting to see precisely how all of this unfolds. Given that “Scorpion” is set to have a whopping 25 episodes this season, the fun thing is that we’re not even at the halfway point yet! There are many chances for great storytelling still to come over the course of 2016.
