Lin-Manuel Miranda shares on ‘Drunk History’, ‘Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer’ airs, sitcom cities
The holiday shows continue to roll out this season. This week there are plenty of new holiday and Christmas shows to watch. It seems a little early to be thinking about Valentine’s Day. Just kidding! Of course, everyone is focused on Christmas and all the hoopla of the season. If you’re not feeling very festive yet, just give it a little time, by the end of next week you will be humming Christmas carols without even realizing it!
‘Drunk History’: Drink, study and be merry
The Comedy Central series “Drunk History” might be the best show to watch on Tuesday. Armed with a bottle of Honey whiskey, Broadway superstar Lin-Manuel Miranda is expected to be hammered while sharing the well-known duel between Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr. What could be better? Maybe if you join him in raising a pint as well.
What city is your favorite TV sitcom set in?
TV viewers of popular sitcoms know a lot about the backstory of the characters and the setting of the story. was watching “Kevin Can Wait” last night and I noticed details about the area that were included in the show. This isn’t the only show looking to capture a look at the surroundings, many sitcoms do as well. Another show I watch that gives a look at their hometown is “Last Man Standing.” Tim Allen’s sitcom references Denver area landmarks often and the cutaway photos for the show even include the Rocky Mountains. So what town does your favorite sitcom reside in?
And Finally… ‘Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath’
Viewers who want to learn more about Scientology might want to watch the debut of “Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath” on A&E tonight. So how interested are you in watching this show? Viewers around the world are fascinated about the connection of Scientology and Hollywood. This show probably won’t reveal as many secrets as people hope, but it might give an inside look on how the organization works. (Photo: Comedy Central.)
