Is ‘Once Upon a Time’ season 6, episode 9 new tonight? ‘Changelings’ expectations

Over the course of the past several weeks, we’ve had a chance to see a wide array of different stories on “Once Upon a Time” season 6. There have been times where we’ve had hope for the future of many of our favorite characters, but there have certainly also been plenty of moments where it’s felt fairly obvious that some characters were going to be facing some danger.

Going into the next new episode entitled “Changelings,” we know in particular that the relationship of Belle and Rumpelstiltskin will be front and center. These are two characters who have certainly went through quite a bit to date when you stop to think for a minute about everything that they’ve tackled from start to finish. They’re in a pretty terrible place now, but is there a way for things to start to turn around? That’s what the show has to figure out moving forward.

Unfortunately, there is no new episode coming on the show tonight thanks to the American Music Awards, and with that in mind, you’re going to be waiting up until the show returns on November 27 to see what’s next.

Want an additional teaser on what’s coming up? Well, let’s just say that the relationship between Rumpelstiltskin and fairies will be placed front and center. Specifically, we’re going to see “Defiance” and “Dexter” alum Jaime Murray drop by in the role of the Black Fairy. While there may not be a whole lot known about this character at the moment, we imagine that she will be involved in the Rumple story somehow, especially since the title is a reference to taking away a human baby and replacing it with a fairy.
