‘Masters of Sex’ season 4, episode 10 video: Bill, Virginia talk wedding plans

The end is just about here over on Showtime’s “Masters of Sex” this season, and as you can see in the two separate sneak peeks below, the passage of time and change are going to be two of the bigger themes as a whole to the story at the moment.

First, let’s talk about weddings! Bill and Virginia are finally starting to think about the bigger picture together, and how that could include them finally tying the knot and moving forward as a married couple. They clue in here Barton and Guy to the big news, and the latter quickly tells them that if they’re going to go through with this, they really should be doing everything that they can in order to find a wedding planner. Otherwise, what sort of ceremony is it, really, if it is not their best?

We obviously know that Lizzy Caplan and Michael Sheen’s characters will marry eventually; for now, a whole lot of it is a question of timing.

As for the second sneak peek, this one is a source of far greater tension. Here, you can see Libby Masters try her best to have a discussion with Bill on her personal future, and how a whole new opportunity is open for her now at Berkeley. She could attend law school there thanks to a new opportunity, but unfortunately for her, this doesn’t quite seem to be something that Bill is altogether interested in entertaining. What’s the main reasoning there? Well, a reasonable part of it may just have a thing or two to do with him wanting to have his kids around. We understand that, and therein lies the problem for these two.
