‘The Fall’ season 3: As Gillian Anderson – Jamie Dornan series ends, a veil of secrecy arrives

It is typically around this time of the week that we like to post either an official sneak peek or some further teases regarding the next new episode of “The Fall.” However, in this particular case, it is clear that this is not exactly possible.

What’s going on? BBC Two has yet to, as of this writing, release any sneak peek at all for Thursday’s episode, meaning that we all may have to watch the Jamie Dornan – Gillian Anderson series live to see what happens without as much in terms of lead-up. There’s clearly enough going on in this episode that nobody wants to give anything away too early in advance.

What we do know is that there will likely be enough that happens in Thursday’s episode for us to have our head spinning entering Friday’s finale. We are being set up for an epic two nights of storytelling, as we hopefully will learn whether or not Stella Gibson (Anderson) is able to put Paul Spector (Dornan) away for good. To date, there have been a variety of different hurdles that have gotten in the way, with the latest one being attempts via his attorney to say that this client is not mentally fit to stand trial.

Can you imagine what the internet reaction will be if this season does not offer up a clear ending, especially if there is no indication that there will be a season down the road? We shudder at the thought, and also some of the chaos that will likely come about as a result.
