‘Big Brother’ live feed spoilers: Nicole’s final-speech preparation begins

If Nicole makes it to the end on “Big Brother” this season, one thing seems clear: She wants to be going there with the best speech that she possibly can.

This afternoon, Nicole started to work hard on how she wanted to come across to the jury, and the specific points that she wants to make. First and foremost, she seemed intent on discussing why she relied on Corey and vice-versa in the game, but not without explaining simultaneously that she avoided other houseguests because she didn’t want to hurt them when she already had someone she could trust.

Nicole claims that the biggest move she made in the house was getting Natalie and Michelle when they were both Head of Household to get rid of Paul or Victor over her and Corey — which is a move she should be proud of since she played it really well to the point where they regretted it later. She also wants to discuss being called a “snake” repeatedly, dealing with Paul’s attacks, and campaigning against James, who she has decided at this point is the person she wants to make it to the end of the game with. Can you really blame her?

Overall, we do think that Nicole is doing a great job preparing a speech that articulates her game; yet, our fear is that she doesn’t think as much in the moment. You have to be concerned with speaking to the jury rather than speaking at them; this is one of the reasons why we feel like Dan lost to Ian in season 14, as Ian did a better job of making the jury feel valued and going with the flow of conversation. Dan may have actually planned too much that he couldn’t be in the moment enough.
