‘Ballers’ season 2, episode 9 preview: Andre makes Spencer an offer

Tonight on HBO, the latest episode of “Ballers” will air, and hopefully give us a little bit more information in regards to everything that is going on with Spencer following him hitting a recent low. He’ll have a chance to see if he can turn things around moving into next week’s “Million Bucks in a Bag,” but it come from a rather surprising source.

The synopsis below presents a little more information regarding what is coming up, and that also includes a little information as to how Ricky will continue his career, and if Vernon can simply get himself back on the field after a recent injury during paintball put him in a precarious position:

“Andre makes Spencer (Dwayne Johnson) a surprising offer. Ricky (John David Washington) considers where to build his legacy. Vernon (Donovan Carter) pushes himself harder to get back on the field. Charles’ (Omar Benson Miller) busy schedule puts him at odds with Julie (Jazmyn Simon).”

There are only two episodes left this season, and we’d certainly argue that there are a lot of loose ends to wrap up. While we don’t want to ever see Spencer have a perfect life per se (the show would be incredibly boring if that was the case), we do hope that he gets a little bit more closure to some of his current conflicts coming up in the near future.
