‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: James and Natalie’s further laments
James better have an empty stomach in the “Big Brother” house this week, given the generous amount of crow he’s being forced to eat as a result of all of his other past decisions.
This afternoon, he and Natalie continued a theme that first began in the house last night, and that is him continuing to beat the drum, lamenting some of the past mistakes that he has made. He is well aware of the fact that he screwed up many things in the house, and seems to be ready to fall on his own sword for it — at least to a certain extent.
While Natalie has said that she would give him the Veto if she wins it, he has told her not to and is ready to accept his fate. While he’s not officially nominated yet, he knows that he will be and is prepared to handle the consequences of that. Unlike Big Meech, he can directly trace every move that has gotten him to this point, and he understands that his fatal flaw was trusting Nicole and Corey because of bonds made at the start of the game. We almost feel like he would feel guilty to last longer in the game than Natalie, mostly because he remembers how she pushed him to turn on his allies a little bit earlier in the game. They turned on Paul and Victor, and this got them here.
The only argument we see someone like James or Natalie making at this point is to have Nicole be a replacement nominee, saying that she’s a bigger threat to win competitions at the end. Whether or not Paul or Victor recognize that, however, is to be seen.
