‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: The agony of Big Meech
We’re getting closer and closer to the latest “Big Brother” eviction on Thursday, but as of right now, we’re seeing nothing of what Michelle should be doing in order to stay alive.
Basically, our entire journey with her as a player this season has been up and down. As a longtime fan, she has an inherent advantage given that at many key moments, she should know precisely what to do in order to save her own hide. Yet, at other moments she digs a deeper hole for herself socially in the game. She goes off on people over clothes, she was incredibly mean to Bridgette earlier this season, and while she did a great job getting her back on her side and calling people out in her speeches, that does not a great game make.
Michelle’s first mistake was completely cutting off Victor and Paul when she was gifted Co-Head of Household, and she’s done nothing to try to repair that. Instead, she’s isolated herself, and now is not altogether willing to campaign because she doesn’t seem to want to. Had she put forth the effort, she could have a reasonable shot at sticking around given that she’s up against a very big threat in Paul, the best social player in the house. She could remind people of that, or at least tell Corey that the talk about wanting Nicole out is overblown.
In the end, we’re incredibly frustrated with Meech. Moving on…
The only other highlight tonight so far (maybe that’ll change) is a lot of waffling on the part of Corey over the Bribe, given that he doesn’t want to give it to someone only to have it hurt him later. In the end, we’re almost tempted to say that he should just give it to Nicole and be done with it. Nobody’s going to be that mad about it in the house, and it will keep the conversation quiet.
