‘Vice Principals’ episode 7 preview: Dr. Brown’s ex-husband turns up

As we start to near the end of “Vice Principals” this summer on HBO, the show looks to have a few more entertaining twists up its sleeve.

Take, for example, getting to see what happens when someone tests Lee Russell’s patience. You see, this is a guy who we thought didn’t have any patience altogether, so to see what happens to him now is certainly of great interest to us.

Also, it may be rather interesting to meet the character of Sacious, Dr. Brown’s ex-husband and someone she moved in order to get away from. We cannot imagine that the two have the best relationship, but if his presence means an opportunity to get her out of school, we still have a feeling that Russell and Gamby will do almost everything that they can in order to send her on her way … or will Gamby be too distracted by a bond he forms with Amanda during teacher workday?

The biggest thing that we can hope for as we get through the remainder of the season is that the show continues to be as ridiculous as ever, and that getting rid of Dr. Brown continues to be no easy feat. She’s the perfect foil for Neal and Lee, especially since it is hard to imagine there being almost any other situation where these two would ever want to work together in a million years given their personality types.
