‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 7, episode 6 video: Ali, Emily talks about the past

To say that Alison DiLaurentis is reeling on “Pretty Little Liars” Tuesday night would be making one of the biggest understatements possible. After all, you merely have to consider for a minute everything that the character has been through. First, you had the whole “several years of being presumed dead,” and then you have all of the business with Charlotte. Then, you’ve got the death of Charlotte, and then the realization that Elliot Rollins was not who you thought he was.

Add to that Elliot’s recent death at the hands of the Liars, and things are more complicated than ever.

In the sneak peek below from Tuesday night’s new episode, you can see Emily trying her best to be a comfort to Ali, but at the same time, she realizes just how difficult a task this is because she has the sort of emotional scars at this point that are not going to go away quickly. She recalls a happier moment between her and Dr. Rollins, which now seems so firmly in the distance.

One thing that could complicate matters further is the notion that maybe Rollins is not actually dead at all. This is something that was potentially hinted at in the promo for Tuesday’s episode, but we don’t have any additional context for the time being. Hopefully, it is something that we will have a little bit more in the way of information about by the time we roll around to Tuesday night.
