‘Teen Wolf’ season 6 spoilers: Expect big moment for Dylan O’Brien’s Stiles, Lydia in premiere

Until earlier this week, there had not been a whole lot of stuff said regarding Dylan O’Brien and his role on “Teen Wolf” moving forward. We knew that the actor was still a part of the show, but given his recent injury and secrecy on set, there was a great deal of hesitancy to reveal more than that.

Even still, the producers are keeping most things under wraps — even if we are excited to have a small tease right now regarding Stiles and Lydia. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Jeff Davis makes it extremely clear that some big things are coming:

“[There is] a very definitive scene in episode 1 on the question of Stydia, so I would suggest Stiles and Lydia fans to watch.”

On a different note, Davis also made it clear that if you were interested in more on the subject of whether or not Stiles could land a future career in law enforcement, something will come a little bit later in the season. Therefore, you can go ahead and feel confident that Stiles is not just going to appear in the first episode or two only to disappear the rest of the way. We’ll hopefully get a little bit of a larger sense as to his story at San Diego Comic-Con a little bit later this month, which is one of the first public appearances the entire cast will have made in some time. There are some other changes coming, including the aftermath of Arden Cho departing from the series.
