‘The Fosters’ season 4, episode 2 video: Stef’s continued fear

The premiere of “The Fosters” was among one of the more terrifying ones that we’ve seen on television in quite some time. How else are you going to describe some of what we experienced this past week? The situation regarding Nick at the school put the entire campus into lockdown, and caused everyone to think about their own lives and their future.

As anyone who finished that episode surely knows, one of the most frightening things about it is the mere fact that Nick is seemingly still out there, and nobody knows quite what happened with him. In the sneak peek below, we get a little bit more of a sense of that as we see Stef continue to exercise as much caution as humanly possible as she looks around with a flashlight and a gun nearby. We’re assuming Nick is still at large at this time, and since we already know he was at the house, he may not have gone far.

So where will this story go by the end of the episode? That’s a question that is fairly understandable to ask right now. Personally, we feel like it would be best to start to close the door on this now, if for no other reason than that you don’t really want to let this sort of thing linger for very long. It would change the characters, and stall other storylines because this would still be hanging over their heads.
