‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 7 premiere reaction: Will we find out about Charlotte’s killer soon?
The great news at the center of the “Pretty Little Liars” premiere Tuesday was that despite everything that she had gone through, Hanna Marin was still alive. As for the bad news, let’s just say that it is tied to the idea that Alison may still be targeted a the possible murderer of Charlotte, and that Hanna may not be completely out of the woods just yet.
So is it possible we’re going to learn a thing or two more about who killed Charlotte over the coming weeks? It certainly seems like it, but there is no guarantee that the answer will be immediate. For more, just take a look at what executive producer Charlie Craig had to say in a chat with Entertainment Weekly:
“The mystery of who killed Charlotte is actually going to play a big part in season 7 of this show and will be solved. We will get the definitive answer — whether it’s Alison or somebody else — by the end of the season, but it’s going to be a big engine powering what A.D. is trying to accomplish during the course of this season.”
We hope that we’re going to have a chance to at least have some resolution here for the finale, mostly because we don’t want the ending to feel rushed as though the producers had to throw as many different things against the wall in the blink of an eye. We’ve certainly seen that happen on this show before, so we’d be rather happy to not see it take place again.
