MTV’s ‘Scream’ season 2, episode 3 preview: What happens when Emma’s father returns?

“Scream” is a show that is dealing with a fairly wide array of different themes in season 2, and one of the largest ones going into next week’s episode more so than anything else seems to be reunions … and how to handle them. When Emma’s father comes back, how does she cope with that? There’s a heavy emotional component to such a story, and the unfortunate thing for her is that she has to try to balance that with a whole plethora of other terrible things going down in the world.

“Emma deals with her father’s return; Audrey’s stalker graduates from fun and games to murder; and Branson returns to Lakewood, causing Brooke to question his intentions.”

As for the promo below, we’re not going to necessarily say that there is anything altogether surprising in here, but that really should not take away too much from the fact that this is a crazy show that is doing a lot of crazy, bold stuff at the moment. We’re still extremely early in the season, so can’t you imagine there being many more twists to come beyond what we can think about right now.
