‘Game of Thrones’ season 6, episode 2 preview: Bran Stark, Yara Greyjoy, and other expectations

Tonight, “Game of Thrones” is back on the air with the second episode of season 6, otherwise known as the one that has received far less attention so far as opposed to the premiere. Did you expect anything less? The irony here, though, is that it is more likely that there will be some stunning events here than in anything that we saw last week. We view that episode more as laying down the foundation for what is coming next.

In further preparation for tonight’s “Home,” we’ve got five small teases for you below.

1. Bran Stark’s return – You have waited for an extremely long time for this, but rest assured that the character will be back for the first time since season 4 tonight alongside both Meera Reed and presumably Hodor. Remember when Hodor was one of the most beloved people in this world? It feels like forever at this point.

2. More of the Greyjoy family – Yara is going to return this week for the first time in a while herself, and hopefully, she’ll have a part to play in order to rescue Theon.

3. Tommen’s back – Not only that, but you will see him getting some new sort of advice in this episode. With Margaery still under control of the High Sparrow, he will need to find some other places for advice.

4. Tyrion’s search for answers – You saw some of this with Varys last week in the premiere, but the story is going to pick up in a big way shortly.

5. Finally, more from the Night’s Watch – We are going to see more of where this ground and its allegiances lie moving forward.
