NBC’s ‘Grimm’ season 5 spoilers: First look at two-part finale
The fifth season of “Grimm” has been a little all over the place. We’ve seen transformations (Wu), resurrections (Eve / Juliette), a 100th episode, and some key revelations. Somehow, the show has to find a way to top all of that in its finale, and it could be by flinging Black Claw into the center of the universe.
Below, you can check out the official synopsis for “Beginning of the End, Parts One and Two,” which should make for an epic two-hour saga that produces a few surprises along the way:
“Black Claw makes a strategic move against Hank (Russell Hornsby) that shocks everyone and sends Nick (David Giuntoli) on a war path. Hadrian’s Wall ramps up their investigation as they seek out a mysterious man named Bonaparte (guest star Shaun Toub). Meanwhile, Adalind (Claire Coffee) and Capt. Renard (Sasha Roiz) must learn to deal with their new and very unpredictable reality with Diana (guest star Hannah R. Loyd).”
We have to assume that the finale will have some sort of cliffhanger into the sixth season, given that the show has been renewed for some time now. (Of course, there is still questions out there surrounding the episode count of that season — it’ll be at least 13, but we may not get the same 22 episodes that we got both this year and some others.)
Given that we are still a few weeks away from this finale coming on the air, we do have to assume that there’ll be some other teases for this episode released over time. Stay tuned!
