‘Person of Interest’ season 5 spoilers: Is Reese’s cover close to being blown?

The fifth season of “Person of Interest” is finally premiering on CBS next week, and as the season progresses, it certainly appears as though there are a wide array of different ways in which some of the characters could experience danger. For the character of Reese, for example, it could be him running the risk of being exposed. He’s been so good at being hidden for so long, but as any good ex-CIA agent knows, one wrong move, or in this case one wrong target, could sap the fun out of almost everything.

What we have for you right now are the first details for the upcoming May 10 episode entitled “Truth Be Told,” which is described by CBS as follows:

“Reese’s cover could be blown when he realizes the latest POI has ties to his old colleagues in the CIA.”

Yea, that’s not a whole lot of information … yet this is probably what the network is going to be giving us for the rest of the season, given that they have almost no incentive to share more than this at the moment. The show is ending this year, and the viewers who watch are ultimately the viewers who watch. These synopses are really just the tiniest way to engage with these fans, and many of them don’t want to be spoiled about anything. It’s similar to what synopses for other quality shows like “Game of Thrones” and “Better Call Saul” give very little away about what the upcoming story is going to be.
