‘Big Brother Canada 4’ live feed spoilers: Assorted observations
We are now one day away from “Big Brother Canada” airing their latest eviction show, and for the most part everything remains as quiet as a mouse in the house in terms of compelling / interesting stuff.
Take, for example, with Maddy. While it seems assured that she’ll be evicted Thursday provided that there is an eviction, she’s not really doing much to campaign as of yet. That’s a shame, given that there could at least be arguments that she could make. Take, for example, she learns that the brothers and Jared want Tim out and she could use that in a way to leverage Cassandra to flip over. While it’s unlikely she would stay, there’s always that small possibility since Tim is more of a threat strategically than someone who is a very in-your-face player.
(She is starting to campaign as we write this, telling Cass that Tim doesn’t care about her in the game, even if he does as a person.)
Here’s the funny thing about Maddy at the moment: She’s experiencing that thing where you suddenly become popular almost for no reason because you’re about to go home. Think of it as the Dallas Effect, since he was put in a very similar position right before he left.
Something else we’ve learned through watching the feeds right now is that nobody is really taking advantage of Joel. He’s a potential number, and while he is with Cassandra and Tim at the moment, we do get the sense that he could be swayed in the right situation to be with other people. He’s basically been a ghost ever since Mitch left, and we’re waiting to see if he does anything that could help make a case for him winning the game at the end.
