‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3, episode 17 video: See the Secret Warriors in action!

Going into Tuesday night’s new episode of Marvel’s “Agents of SHIELD,” we don’t really think that there is a whole lot of a point when it comes to complicating the premise. This story entitled “The Team” is, as a whole, going to be almost entirely about the Secret Warriors.

We know that there are some out there who will almost immediately bemoan this idea as the show getting away from the original premise of the series, but on this particular occasion, the story makes sense. After all, many members of SHIELD are in need at the moment of a rescue, and this could be up to Daisy and her team to figure out where they are and save the day before any problems arise. It’s a straightforward mission in some ways, but that doesn’t eliminate the possibility of it being entertaining by any means. We certainly think that this is going to be a fun hour for fans who have been waiting for Daisy Johnson and some others to step into the spotlight.

There’s really not too much to describe about the sneak peek below, other than that you get to watch some team members kick a little bit of butt before Gideon Malick is discovered. From there, we’ll simply have to wait and see what the rest of the story holds. The Secret Warriors are going to be a big part of the rest of the season in many ways, and we imagine that they’ll have some of their own missions to coincide with whatever SHIELD is up to at a given moment.
