‘Once Upon a Time’ season 5, episode 17 video: Bringing the fight to Hades

We have to give the gang on “Once Upon a Time” a little bit of credit at the moment. After all, if we were them, we’re not entirely sure we would have the confidence to bust into a mysterious elevator all for the purpose of hitting Hades before he gets you back. Isn’t this guy sort-of good at know what everyone is doing at all times?

Yet, our heroes are trying it on Sunday night’s new episode entitled “Our Handsome Hero,” and the latest sneak peek below is some evidence of that very thing. There’s a nice Emma – Regina teamwork moment in here of them using magic to get these doors open … but you don’t know quite is on the other side, and they certainly look less-than-pleased about what they seen on the other side.

Also, Hook’s apparently a little salty! Maybe being stuck in the Underworld for so long (plus, you know, being a pirate) will do that to you.

What is somewhat surprising about this particular sneak peek is the lack of Belle in it, given that this is likely going to be a Belle-heavy episode that gives you some flashbacks to her days with Gaston, and potentially also what Rumpelstiltskin is going to ultimately do with him. This should make for a nice parallel between where the guy was then and is now, even if we do know that he has some tricks still up his sleeve and is finding a way to be devious, even if he thinks he is helping Belle first and foremost.
