‘NCIS’ season 13, episode 21 preview: What’s up for Michael Weatherly, cast in ‘Return to Sender’

On Tuesday night’s all-new episode of “NCIS,” we had a story entitled “Charade” that put Tony DiNozzo front and center as there were some false impersonators who were causing all sorts of trouble for him. Moving into the upcoming episode entitled “Return to Sender” on April 19, we are going to see a different sort of storyline that puts Michael Weatherly’s character in an interesting place.

“Gibbs and Senior FBI Agent T.C. Fornell (Joe Spano) unite after two British prisoners, including a former spy, escape and arrive stateside via a shipping container. Also, McGee is busy apartment hunting and determined to find out how DiNozzo purchased his lavish place.”

Ultimately, we definitely saw tonight some inklings of the end of Tony’s story on the show.
