‘Teen Wolf’ season 6 star Dylan O’Brien recovering fine, says ‘Maze Runner’ author
For those of you wondering what the latest update is on “Teen Wolf” star Dylan O’Brien following the scary accident reported about earlier this week on the set for the latest “Maze Runner” movie, this of this article as a little bit of additional reassurance.
In a series of posts on Twitter, the source material’s author James Dashner made it clear that there is no cause for concern in regards to the actor’s long-term well-being:
“I just want to let everyone know that yes, Dylan was hurt, but that he’s going to be okay. Not life threatening in any way. Production is postponed but certainly not cancelled. All that matters now is that Dylan recovers. We love you, Dylan!!!”
Eventually we do plan on seeing Dylan speak out on this matter a little more himself, but that is something that will come a little more in its own time, and when he is ready to speak out in such a way. There are still some conflicting reports as to what actually happened, and even how O’Brien was actually hurt.
As we already reported, this injury should in no way impact the upcoming sixth season of “Teen Wolf,” though the priority at the moment does obviously have to be making certain that Dylan recovers in every way and is back to doing more of what he loves. This movie is still relatively far in the future, while his show should be back on the air a little bit later this summer. It will probably not be until filming starts when we begin to get some more news on the show.
