‘Once Upon a Time’ season 5, episode 12 video: The Underworld side of Granny’s diner

Who knew that Granny’s was going to have so many locations on “Once Upon a Time“? We have already seen the joint in Storybrooke and in Camelot, and on Sunday night’s new episode it’s looking like we’ll be getting the Underworld version of the oh-so-fine establishment, as well.

Based on the sneak peek below, it looks as though there will be a lot of fun that comes out of seeing this place here as well, beginning of course with the staff. Apparently, none other than the Blind Witch works here! It’s been a long time since we’ve seen her on the show, but we love the cameo given that it’s a nice little nod to the early days. The same goes for the appearance of David’s brother James, who plants the cockiest kiss of all time on Snow White before she realizes who he truly is.

The real purpose of the scene beyond all of the character cameos is the relentless search for Hook, who Snow, Emma, and the rest of the gang are hunting for in the Underworld. Rumpelstiltskin assures him that he has some unfinished business and is down there, but finding him in the midst of all the chaos going on is an entirely different challenge. We imagine that it’ll happen at some point over the winter premiere, but given that this is also the 100th episode, you better be prepared for an array of other great cameos to go along with it.
