‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 6, episode 13 review: Is Spencer and Caleb now a thing?

“Pretty Little Liars” certainly loves their surprises, and they delivered a big one for ‘shippers everywhere Tuesday night as Spencer and Caleb may be much more of a thing romantically than anyone likely imaged it would be.

While it may be too soon to officially call the two of them an item, they are certainly two people with some feelings. sure, we imagine that many of Caleb – Hanna fans out there are going to be enraged over the idea, but we think everyone handled this like adults. Fancy that! For example, Hanna made it clear to Spencer that it was okay for the two of them to talk about their feelings, just like Spencer and Caleb didn’t do anything before Hanna knew a little bit about it. Five years have passed, and people are moving on!

Unfortunately, there are still people stunted because of the past. Take for instance Sara Harvey, who was injured all the way back when Charlotte revealed herself but none of the Liars had bothered to pay attention. In many ways, she was neglected. While we’d be foolish to sit here with a straight face and say that one situation was directly linked to who she is today, it is still interesting.

As for some other notes, Ezra is still the sort-of lead suspect in Charlotte’s death, someone is sending the Liars awful messages again, and apparently Lucas has become a really rich man since we last saw him. Did he manage to get some stock tips from Charlotte or something before her death? We wish the pacing of the non-romance stories was faster, but this was a solid episode overall. Grade: B.
