‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 6 spoilers: Could Ezra be a suspect in latest murder?
If there is one thing that is largely consistent about “Pretty Little Liars,” it is that at least one major character is almost-always being accused of something. In the case of the upcoming “New Guys, New Lies” airing on February 2, it appears as though much of the focus is going to be on two people in particular: Hanna and Ezra. In one form or another, both are going to be suspected as to being behind the latest murder of (SPOILER) Charlotte DiLaurentis.
Per the official Freeform synopsis below, love interests new and old are also going to become an important part of the equation over the course of this hour:
“With the Rosewood P.D. breathing down Hanna’s neck about The Radley security footage, she opts to confess the truth to those closest to her in hopes they can help. Aria continues to search for answers, with help from Emily, on whether Ezra is as guilty as he seems. Spencer works together with Caleb to track down the new threat.
“Meanwhile, there is awkwardness all around when new love interests emerge and old ones resurface.”
One of the interesting questions that we imagine will unfold over the course of the rest of this season is one related to identity. Who are the Liars, really: Are they women informed mostly by past actions and the “A” saga, are the women they have become in the time away from Rosewood, or are they both? Will the new loves in their lives like what they see when chaos starts to unfold? There is a certain degree of trauma that will play out, and we imagine a ripple effect being produced in the end.
