‘Girl Meets World’ season 2, episode 27 preview: ‘Girl Meets Money’ and the Farkle dilemma

How would Farkle Minkus handle life without money? This is something that could become a major part of the story on the second “Girl Meets World” of the new year (airing on January 22), and in turn is something that his family could be seeing some of their fortune in jeopardy. “Girl Meet Money” is the name of the episode, and you can see the synopsis below if you haven’t already:

“When Farkle’s dad makes a bad investment, Farkle becomes worried about what that might mean for his family.”

The photo above should be the official proof that you needed that Lee Norris is in fact returning, which means there’s a little “Boy Meets World” nostalgia coming up in this episode. Cheers to that! Given where we are right now in the season, we’re not sure just how much more of this we’re going to be getting in the next several episodes.

There are only three more episodes as a whole left this season. First, you’ve got “Girl Meets Commonism,” which was actually filmed a long time ago and has been waiting for an air date for quite a long time. then, you’ve got “Girl Meets Bay Window,” and then the finale entitled “Girl Meets Legacy” focusing on graduation. This is the only episode that was filmed after “Girl Meets the New Year,” and is therefore probably the only episode that could give you more information in regards to the main story of Lucas, Riley, and Maya.
