‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 6: First look at Troian Bellisario, Shay Mitchell, cast in ‘Charlotte’s Web’
There’s been quite a bit made of “Pretty Little Liars” premiering with “Of Late I think of Rosewood” on Tuesday, January 12, but why don’t we go ahead and look ahead at what is coming beyond that? We’re of course speaking of “Charlotte’s Web,” the upcoming January 19 episode that is going to mark another pivotal point in the story.
First and foremost, take a look at how professional everyone looks in the photo above! It’s strange in some ways that this was one of the promotional photos released for the hour, given that this feels almost like it could be one of those gallery stills that is used for a whole season. Everyone is dressed in character, with Hanna’s pants probably getting the majority of the attention.
What remains most interesting about this second episode, at least to us, is its title. There are so many different possible meanings and interpretations here, whether it be a reference to a beloved children’s book, or some further actions by Charlotte DiLaurentis, who during the winter premiere is going to be at the center of a court hearing. Is it possible that the Liars are facing off against her once more? Sure, but it seems to us as though the bigger threat is going to be someone new, and someone who will surface during the January 12 episode.
We still have quite a bit to learn about the new threats, and really the course of the rest of the season. After all, the show has so far focused mostly on the five-years-forward twist than what comes after it.
