‘The Blacklist’ season 3 spoilers: Gina Zanetakos returns!

It is not often that “The Blacklist” likes to bring back Blacklisters from the past, but there’s a reason often for that: Many of them are dead. That is just not the case for the target of this particular article in Gina Zanetakos.

According to a report from Entertainment Weekly, Margarita Levieva is poised to return for at least one episode (we do hope for more though) in the second half of the season as this assassin / love interest for Tom Keen. While the status of their relationship this time is unclear, we know that she will impact both him and Liz in some way upon her return.

“The Blacklist” has set itself up for a rather interesting future, when you consider everything that has been happened in the winter finale and where we are going moving into the two-part arc “The Director.” This is a story that may focus on whether or not Liz can be saved from the Cabal, and in the event that she becomes exonerated and/or cut away from the Task Force, she could have a chance to forge an entirely new beginning for herself.
