The UberKittens team up with the ‘Undateable’ season 3 cast
There are many fun traditions that come around this time of the year thanks to Halloween, but on National Cat Day, one that we enjoy the most is the arrival of the UberKittens. These felines are bringing delightful fun to anyone that they come into contact with, and that includes the cast of a certain TV show in “Undateable.”
While we saw more than one TV show’s production office manage to get their hands on these kittens today (Uber will deliver them for a fifteen-minute interval in exchange for a small fee, with the goal being to bring about pet adoptions), the gang over at the NBC show succeeded in getting some of these cute little furballs of love. You can see some of the cast including Chris D’Elia and David Fynn in the tweet at the bottom of this article having a little bit of fun with the kittens; if only they could make it into the next live episode…
We feel like this is as good of a transition as any to say that “Undateable” is the best show on right now that you may not be watching, mostly because you’re taking a bunch of great live performers like D’Elia and Ron Funches and throwing them into an environment where they can really shine. It was a funny show even before the network gave it an order for the live experiment. Our one regret? That it is stuck on Friday nights at 8:00 p.m. Eastern, a time when comedy is just not on the mind of the show’s target audience.
As for an honorable mention in the hunt to get UberKittens in their office, we salute the writers of “Arrow.” They certainly seemed to try to make this happen, but to no avail. Maybe next time?
