‘Empire’ season 2 spoilers: Taraji P. Henson talks working with Vivica A. Fox

There are so many different guest stars coming to “Empire,” sometimes it can be hard to remember all of them who are appearing. For example, we’ve got Kelly Rowland, Lenny Kravitz, Mariah Carey, Chris Rock, and so many more stopping by for at least one episode. Given that it was a breakout show of the 2014-15 season, it is more or less the show that almost everyone wants to be a part of in one way or another.

So who is star / Emmy nominee Taraji P. Henson the most excited to work with? It’s none other than the recently-announced Vivica A. Fox, who is going to be playing the part of her sister for at least one episode. If she turns out to be anything at all like Cookie, we have to assume that she is probably going to be bad news.

Speaking about Vivica in a number interview with Entertainment Weekly, Henson makes it more than clear just why she is excited to have Fox on board:

“I’m very excited about that … I mean, I watched Vivica before I even got into the business. And she’s always been one that I’ve looked up to, like, ‘God, I want to be able to do what she does.’ So, to be able to work with the person who you’ve admired for so long, it’s just mind-blowing.”

When you consider this level of kindness, you really have to think that Fox in turns has to be excited to work with Henson, no? Her part is probably going to turn up at some point a little bit later in the season, and we’ll have more scoop on the subject in the future.
