NBC’s ‘The Voice’ season 9: New promo video all about Gwen Stefani

If you have been eagerly awaiting more great stuff when it comes to “The Voice,” we’ve got a new video below that will certainly be a crowd-pleaser … at least if you are a fan of Gwen Stefani.

This new video is more or less a highlight reel for some of the interactions that she is going to have over the course of season 9 during the blind auditions, and we can almost group them into two separate pools:

1. You’ve got the comments that she makes towards the contestants, which are all her own clever way of campaigning. The biggest thing that she seems to hype up here is her experience, and the fact that she really is in many ways a self-starter. She is the one who made her career happen thanks to hard work and relentless dedication, and that included taking charge in everything from doing her own makeup to driving the bus.

2. Interactions with other coaches. This is always fun, even if for the most part we’re not going to say that there is any one reaction in here that necessarily blows us away. For the most part, this is reminiscent of many discussions we have seen on the show before.

The biggest thing we want to see Gwen do this season is won, mostly because we’re still surprised that a female coach has yet to win the show. While they have a disadvantage in that there is only one female coach a season, it still feels odd that we haven’t seen this happen over the course of eight seasons.
