‘Switched at Birth’ season 4, episode 14 preview: What’s next for Daphne, Angela, and others

The fourth season of “Switched at Birth” is one that has so far revealed a pretty wide array of surprises, with of course the Toby storyline topping the list. Is it possible that more are going to be coming on next week’s new episode “We Mourn, We Weep, We Love Again”? Certainly, but we don’t want to make any enormous assumptions without seeing it yet. Based on the information that we do know, it appears that reflecting on the past is in many ways going to be just as important as moving forward towards the future. This is one of the implications made clear courtesy of the synopsis below:

“The news about Regina moving out from the guest house is a big discovery on its own, but it’s definitely not the only one. As Kathryn and John discuss the future of their finances, they stumble upon the idea of endorsing products. Daphne joins an ambulance ride-along so that she can become her dorm’s safety captain.

“Meanwhile, the reminder of Angelo’s upcoming birthday only creates more tension.”

By the time we do reach the end of this episode, we do think we will at least start to get a sense of where some of the stories for Kathyrn and Daphne are really going the rest of the season. We are nearing the halfway point of the summer run, and without knowing yet what the future holds for the series, we want to leave feeling at least reasonably satisfied with what we see.
