Is ‘Suits’ season 5, episode 11 new tonight on USA?

For the past several weeks, we’ve had a real shot to enjoy some super-compelling entertainment courtesy of “Suits.” We’d argue that this may be the best summer run for the show we’ve ever seen, mostly since Aaron Korsh and his writers really worked hard to get to the heart of these characters. We feel like they are all so well-developed compared to other shows at this stage of the run, and in one way or another, we want to see all of them succeed.

Unfortunately, we’re going to have to wait for a while to figure out if they will. While USA is airing the season 1 finale of “Mr. Robot” tonight after it was pushed back in light of the shooting in Virginia last week, there is no new episode of “Suits.” If you missed the tease or some posts from social media, you’re going to be waiting until early 2016.

If we had to guess, we’d guess that the final six episodes of the season will start airing in late January. There’s no reason for them to be delayed (i.e. no Winter Olympics next year), and pushing them back will probably drive diehard viewers like us mad.

The first half of the season ended with some gigantic cliffhangers, most notable the arrest of Mike Ross right after he was willingly preparing to exit the firm under his own volition. Harvey Specter had also resigned in order to protect someone he cared about (in this case Jessica), making a real selfless act that reminded him of a point earlier in his life. It was all powerful stuff, but who knows what is going to happen next?
