‘The Last Ship’ season 2 spoilers: Will ‘Cry Havoc’ spell trouble for Chandler, Slattery?

We are almost at the end of “The Last Ship” season 2, and for the most part this means one thing to fans of the series: A chance to see chaos, violence, drama, and so much more. The battle is raging between Chandler and the Immunes, and it is only going to get so much more insane now. Chandler is going to do everything that he can to ensure that the cure is safe, and then war is just about here between the different factions.

While it may not give everything away, we feel like the synopsis below is a pretty good indicator of what is going to be coming up:

“After retrieving the mastermind behind the Immune communications network, Nathan James finds itself trapped between the sub and civilian blockades set up by the Immunes. Chandler sends Dr. Scott and the cure off the ship under the protection of XO Slattery as the James heads towards its inevitable final showdown with the sub.”

Hopefully, the show is building towards and excellent and explosive finale; given that Michael Bay is an executive-producer, this is something that you really do have to expect to take shape. Is it really a Michael Bay project if things aren’t blowing up in some extravagant fashion? Let’s just hope that the story remains as entertaining, and we get some sort of a great cliffhanger. While TNT only recently renewed the show for a third season, the writers had to assume it was coming with the ratings staying steady.
