‘Bachelor in Paradise 2’ spoilers: JJ Lane, Joe Bailey get angry; Ashley Salter and the birds

Tonight, “Bachelor in Paradise” definitely introduced one of the biggest scandals of the season so far, and there was mostly one person at the center of all of it: Joe Bailey. This is a guy who tried to manipulate his way into staying in the game just so that he could date Samantha Steffen. He’s now getting that opportunity, and he is taking advantage of it by more or less forgetting that Juelia ever existed.

While this is all very much dramatic, there is one way in which things are going to get even crazier Monday night: What happens next with Juelia Kinney, Samantha Steffen, and Joe Bailey. The truth is now out about Joe and Samantha knowing each other before the show, and Juelia is about to blow up Joe’s entire spot over everything that happened prior to her arrival. The problem is that Samantha may have given him the “okay” to do whatever he did.

Do we wonder why Joe and Samantha felt the need to keep this a secretive, if it is really one? Sure, but mostly because we didn’t know that this was against the rules or anything. Why not just admit to it, since we’re sure that plenty of this happens? Does this spoil the illusion or something? That’s the only part of this that we don’t understand, and at the end of the episode, JJ Lane may decide to get a little bit physical with the guy over it.

Also Monday night, Ashley may take to communicating with birds to make herself feel better over potentially losing Dan Cox.
