‘Mistresses’ season 3, episode 8 preview: Calista, Joss in trouble in ‘Murder She Wrote’

Next week’s new episode of “Mistresses” season 3 is going to be titled “Murder She Wrote,” and it definitely looks like there are some very serious times coming up for some of our characters very soon. That seemed pretty clear after the events that we saw tonight, which have pretty clearly put Joss in an almost-impossible situation. Just take a look at the synopsis below to get some additional information:

“Feeling under the weather, Karen heads to the doctor and is stunned when she gets the results. April and Blair move their relationship forward, even though Lucy admits that she’s not fond of him. Marc continues to struggle with his old demons, but Harry is there to help him get back on track. Joss scrambles for evidence against Calista and when Calista twists the story to her benefit, the future looks very grim for Joss.”

Of course we don’t want to see Joss in such a situation, but at the same time doesn’t this feel to anyone else like a perfect story for this world? It is almost what you expect almost to a T.

Hopefully, we’re going to figure out who actually murdered Luca at some point sooner rather than later. It feels like that is pretty much essential to everything when it comes to the rest of the season; honestly based on what we saw tonight, it’s going to be hard to even focus on the April or Karen stories.
