‘Ink Master’ season 6, episode 6 preview: Are Marisa LaRen, Tyler Nolan a couple?
There was a lot going on in the preview for next week’s episode of “Ink Master” season 6 and a lot of it involves an artist that we really love – Tyler Nolan. He has easily been one of the best artists of the season that has really been knocking it out of the park with his designs and application, but is he going to be facing some tough times moving forward?
In the new preview we see him in the elimination room talking to the judges and flipping them off. Is this really the best move to make since these are the people that are going to be deciding on whether or not you go home? More then that, his tattoos have been so outstanding every week that even if he had one bad week we would really have a hard time seeing him go home. As we just saw tonight – you can not even fulfill the challenge and still stay in the competition…. unless you’re Miami Burgess, then you get sent home. Can these judges ever get it together and have some consistency on this show?
The preview also leads us to believe that there may be some blossoming romance between Marisa LaRen and Tyler. Is this really happening or just a clever editing trick/play on words? We see the two of them sitting on the couch talking about how other artists may be targeting them because people know that they are together (after seeing their Instagram accounts it’s pretty obvious that these two are crazy about each other and aren’t hiding the fact that they are together). It’s going to be interesting to see how this relationship unfolds on the show considering that there has been 6 seasons of the show and we have seen zero romance. That doesn’t mean that it’s not happening off camera, but this would be the first time the show would shine a light on it and there’s no cuter couple then Marisa and Tyler.

If you look at the ink master season 6 Wikipedia page, it says La Ren now lives in Ft. lauderdale which is where Tyler lives and works. Her mentor, Erik and her came to NY from Colorado. I believe they’re together. That and from the previous episode where she freaks out over the Sphinx tattoo and is crying and Tyler comforts her. I kinda guessed then they were together but I put it together when I saw she’s now living in Florida in the same city as him.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they were already a couple, it is clear on the profile page that they both work at the same tattoo place.
