‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 3: A pair of new videos!

The third season of “Beauty and the Beast” is going to be coming back in a little over a month, and while waiting may be terrible, we at least now have something welcome to still share: The latest videos released by The CW. If there is one obvious silver lining to the show not coming on until the summer, it is that it has a little more space for a promotional campaign.

The trailer – The majority of this trailer is stuffed with clips that you have already seen before about the progression of Catherine and Vincent’s relationship, including the idea of him wanting to marry her. They are also going to be living together! Cheers to that. What is of greatest significance here is mostly that the promo has been updated with the June 11 premiere date.

The cast speaks out – This video is a little older, but it is somewhat still fun to watch since you get a chance to see some of the cast (including Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan) speak out about what the show is coming back. The sad part of this is that this video still has the wrong premiere date attached to it, which suggests to us that the decision to push it until June was a little bit of a last-minute decision. One other notable in here is the reminder that Nicole Gale Anderson (who plays Cat’s sister Heather) is now a series regular. This was reported last year, but it was easy to forget the news until we saw her here.

So why the delay? We discuss that a little more in-depth in the video over at the link here, even though at the end of the day there is not really a precise answer to it.
