NBC’s ‘Hannibal’ season 3 spoilers: A small tease via Mads Mikkelsen

The latest -The third season of “Hannibal” is just over a month away from finally premiering on NBC, so isn’t it time that the floodgates start to open up a little bit, and we can get some additional news on what to expect? We definitely think so.

With that, let’s progress into talking a little about what will be the story of the hour when the show does return: The location of a certain Hannibal Lecter. Will Graham will be traveling in Europe following the big reveal of him as a gruesome serial killer, and most of the first half of the season will be about finding him and bringing him back. (The second, meanwhile, will be more about “Red Dragon.”)

While Hannibal is going to be missing at first, don’t expect it to stay this way for long. Judging by what Mads Mikkelsen had to say to TV Guide, he may be putting himself in a position to be found out sooner rather than later:

“Hannibal is running, but he’s not hiding … His vanity will always bring him into the public light somehow.”

Hopefully, the story will continue progressing in a way that keeps him around Will as much as possible. There is something very magnetic about the two; both recognize the darkness within the other, and yet at the same time they find themselves unable to stay away from each other. Therefore, there are multiple meanings to Will seeking him out; he wants him captured, but at the same time he may be a little lost at sea without that pursuit, and without that flirtation with danger.
