‘The Good Wife’ season 6, episode 19 preview: Could ‘Winning Ugly’ spell doom for Alicia?
Is the election for State’s Attorney really over? It felt like that for a while on “The Good Wife,” but next week’s all-new episode of the CBS show could expose a variety of new problems that could crack the entire election open all over again. After all, a tricky thing known as voter fraud could become a part of the equation in “Winning Ugly.”
Is there going to be a way to stop a potential recount? This is something that Alicia and Eli are going to put a majority of their effort into in this episode. As if that was not bad enough, Danie is also going to be facing some potentially-harsh charges over her own over something that happened in Cary Agos’ case. Ultimately, this episode is starting to feel like the “bring back demons from the past” hour. Take a look at the synopsis:
“When potential voter fraud is discovered in the State’s Attorney election, Eli and Alicia take steps to stop a recount by enlisting the help of a well-respected civil rights lawyer, Spencer Randolph (Ron Rifkin). Also, Diane learns she unwittingly submitted false evidence in Cary’s case.”
The unfortunate thing about Alicia is that she just cannot get a break right now. Tonight, she had to deal with some of the most uncomfortable interviews ever, when her personal life and much more was brought under investigation courtesy of all of those leaked emails.
