ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7, episode 20 preview: When will Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion return?
Did you enjoy Monday night’s new “Castle” episode “Habeas Corpse”? We hope that you did, primarily for one simple reason: You are going to be waiting quite a while to see what comes up, so you better be prepared to wait a little while.
At the moment, we do not even have an episode title to share with you, though we can at least give you a return date of Monday, April 20. Go ahead and get most of your 420 jokes out of the way, though a case about that very subject could be rather fun! Update: We now know the title is “Sleeper”! Not only that, but this could be an episode that is far more important than a silly story about 420. We could finally learn a thing or two about what happened to Rick that infamous day he disappeared. Did he act in the name of good, or was brainwashed to the point of something terrible? For the time being, both have to be considered as possibilities until it airs.
One thing that we do hope for when the show returns is for a little more information in regards to the future of the series. Right now, that is still unclear due to the contract situation with stars Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic. We are cautiously optimistic that things will work out, but we would certainly prefer to enjoy the final episodes of the season without some sort of ambiguity as to what the future holds for one of our favorite crime shows.

Really want one more season at least of Castle, however, I can see many stories that could be written for even more time and I am not a writer. Hopefully, all will be settled soon….this is without a doubt one of the best, most clever, shows on tv.

It sounds to me as if episode 20 might be interesting but not particularly exciting. If Castle did something good while missing what would the purpose be in causing him to forget. So, assuming that he did something bad there might have to be an arrest and interviews by someone other than Beckett because she would be forbidden to work the case. Then psychiatric interviews, trials and final settlement. Sounds like too much for 42 1/2 minutes or one episode. Like I said interesting but not exciting.
