‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Britt Nilsson – Kaitlyn Bristowe choice reportedly made

While we are still waiting for news on who the next “Bachelorette” officially is, we can now confirm for you one thing: The choice has been made.

Seemingly, the men this season had around two days to decide between Britt Nilsson and Kaitlyn Bristowe for who they wanted to be the female lead for this season, which is a choice that has led to widespread criticism from the public and even some former contestants. In the end, though, the tweet from show creator Mike Fleiss below is the smoking gun that the pick has been made. Rejoice, it’s over! Granted, we still don’t know who the men ultimately chose.

We would hope that ABC would make an announcement official at some point in the coming days, mostly because they have to know that there is virtually no way that something like this can remain a secret forever. The Bachelorette will most likely be outside filming dates, and people are going to find this out. We’re not going to share unverified information, so we’ll wait for ABC to make an official announcement. We just hope that it comes sooner rather than later, since there is ultimately no point in keeping us waiting forever if spoilers start to lead out.

Ultimately, the one part of all of this process that is good news is that even if ABC never chooses to release who the Bachelorette is before the show airs, you are still only waiting until late May. This show films over the next couple of months, and it wraps not that long before the premiere. With that in mind, we imagine that there are some people in the editing room working overtime.
