Is ‘Arrow’ season 3, episode 16 new tonight? New Stephen Amell – ‘The Offer’ photo

Over the past several weeks, we’ve been almost spoiled with all things when it comes to “Arrow.” After all, we’ve had a chance to see new episodes of the series play out, and to see the evolution of the Black Canary specifically as a character. In addition to all of that, we had Oliver Queen playing a visit to Nanda Parbat on this past episode, which ended with one of the biggest surprises to date: Ra’s al Ghul wants Oliver to replace him as the head of the League of Assassins.

Unfortunately, you’re going to be waiting for a while to figure out what lies now. After all, there is no new episode of the show airing on The tonight, and there will not be until Wednesday, March 18 when we have a chance to see “The Offer” for the first time. The title here is self-explanatory, given that it is a reference to what Ra’s told Stephen Amell’s character at the end of “Nanda Parbat.”

We’ve enclosed above what is one of the first photos released for this episode, which does not exactly give a whole lot away. This is mostly just a reminder that while Oliver considers whether or not there is any merit in this particular offer, he will get back to doing what he does best: Protecting the city that he loves. Unfortunately, he may run into some opposition at times from unusual sources, including a certain police captain still nursing the loss of Sara.
