‘Chicago Fire’ season 3, episode 14 video: Caring for an abandoned child

Last week, “Chicago Fire” hit us with a story that we can easily describe as emotional, given that it was so big that it extended over to “Chicago PD” and put a good bit of time and effort into trying to figure out who was responsible for the death of Leslie Shay.

As tough and as moving as some of those scenes were to watch, it is really just the tip of the iceberg for what the NBC series has in store for us come their new episode on Tuesday. After all, we expect this one to be emotional and then some, judging from the new sneak peek that we have for you below. After all, this features an abandoned baby who the firehouse decides to look after until they can bring in the right people to help.

We know that this is far from the only crisis that some of these characters are going to be forced into dealing with during this episode. There will be another story that features Brett and Mills not only miserable, but also trapped in winter conditions and forced to get help any way that they possibly can. Meanwhile, Boden is going to be battling with his father over the best way for him to get treatment, as the two look toward what could be a very grim future for the man.

The one final tease that we can offer here is that this Boden story will carry over into the episode that follows this one, and you may be surprised by some of it.
