‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2 spoilers: Death (and a crumbling relationship) in finale

Just in case you were curious, things are apparently going to be getting insane during the season 2 finale of “Sleepy Hollow” … though did you really expect things to somehow be any different? This is “Sleepy Hollow” we’re talking about here! When you think about everything that this show has brought to the table as of late, it only makes sense that they would want to make things completely haywire.

As you would most likely expect first and foremost, someone is going to die over the course of this episode … and that someone may be more than one person. What may be even more interesting than that, though, is what you see in the second part of the synopsis below for “Tempus Fugit” (time flies), which is going to air on Fox come Monday, February 23:

“Season Two of the spellbinding series comes to a dramatic close, leaving Sleepy Hollow and its residents forever changed. Familiar faces will perish and a key relationship will implode beyond repair.”

We feel like there are ultimately a number of different possibilities here for what this “relationship” could be, but we certainly do not blame you if you start to imagine that they are talking a little bit about Ichabod and Katrina. That has to be near the top of the possibility list, but we would also include on there Abbie and Jenny, Abbie / Jenny and Irving, or maybe even something to do with Henry. This show has taught us very well over the years to never count on the predictable.
