‘Orphan Black’ season 3 spoilers: First look at Tatiana Maslany, Ari Millen
Saturday, April 18 is a good date for all fans of “Orphan Black” to go ahead and mark in their calendars. After all, this is when the show’s third season will premiere on BBC America! Early indications are that this is going to be one of the most action-packed seasons to date, and honestly, we respect nothing else given that we now know that there are male clones in addition to female ones.
The photo above gives you a first look at Tatiana Maslany and Ari Millen from an early episode, and in a statement to go along with releasing this, the network had the following to say:
“BBC AMERICA’s Peabody Award-winning series Orphan Black is back and the first look at the new season is here! The conspiracy thriller stars award-winner, Tatiana Maslany, who returns to her unprecedented lead role as multiple clones. More vulnerable than ever before, Sarah, Cosima, Alison, and Helena’s bond will be put to the test with the reveal of highly trained, identical male-soldiers played by Ari Millen. Seen above, Sarah (Maslany) is about to embark on a tense Face Off with the lethal Rudy (Millen) in a Dyad prison cell.”
This is obviously going to be an enormous change to the series, and hopefully a good one since it further expands the universe of the show a little bit. Obviously, you are taking a risk by ensuring that there are so many characters to keep track of, but this is a show with a smart, loyal following. If anyone can handle such a twist, it is the members of the Clone Club.
