‘Homeland’ season 4 finale spoilers: Carrie versus a ‘traitor’ in new promo

See Carrie -While there may not be a whole lot in the way of new programming coming on this weekend, there is a certainly a major reason to tune in to “Homeland“: The conclusion of season 4.

Even before the episode aired on Showtime last weekend, we knew that things were getting intense with Quinn going rogue; before that, it was the constant sense of fear that Saul was about to die.

Now, Carrie has quite possibly one of her biggest challenges to date: How to deal with a long-trusted man who may now be a traitor. Dar Adal was loyal seemingly, but we were rather confused about what he was up to leading up to this episode. After all, nobody had seen the guy! That is typically not a very good sign at all within this world. It means that you may be up to no good.

As Dar Adal’s narration in the promo below (warning: contains language) freaks you out, remember here that there could be a larger play here. There is no guarantee that he is a bad man just yet; after that whole magic trick of sorts during the start of the third season (in our opinion, the worst thing the show has ever done), we are no longer particularly willing to trust anything on surface level with this show again.

The one thing that we can almost certainly count on for now is at least some answers coming soon … but maybe not all. Don’t be surprised if we have a cliffhanger.
