‘Graceland’ season 3: Executive producer Jeff Eastin expands deal with studio
With “White Collar” going off the air next month, its creator Jeff Eastin is already starting to look towards his own future.
The show creator, whose series “Graceland” has already been picked up by USA for a third season, has expanded his relationship with Fox Television Studios. Basically, he’s expanding to develop further TV projects with 20th Century Fox Television, which could mean projects potentially on other networks. He will remain an executive producer on “Graceland” in the process. This may not mean a whole lot to the average TV viewer right now, but it could in the years ahead.
In a new statement per Deadline, Eastin had the following to say:
“Fox Television Studios has been my home for half a decade, and they have been a wonderful creative partner … I look forward to expanding that relationship with the team at 20th Century Fox Television.”
This is probably great news for everyone involved on the studio side of things, and also for fans of all of the shows that Eastin makes. Basically, this ensures that fans could potentially have a chance to see the creation of some more great characters on TV in the coming years, and it cements his status as one of the top showrunners out there.
For all fans of “Graceland,” just be prepared to wait for a while to see the third season of the drama. We don’t expect it to be on until the summer of next year (otherwise known as the same time as usual).
